Fee is $4 per minute ($3.50 per minute for patients Michael was seeing in New York before he moved to Colorado in August 2009).

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, and we are able to fill that appointment time, there will be no charge. If not, there will be no charge the first time. After that, the normal fee will be charged. If an appointment is forgotten (a patient does not come or call) there will be no charge the first time. After that, the normal fee will be charged.
